I am currently taking commissions to paint miniatures. Below are some price lists and information to help you decide what best suits your needs.

|
What you get
I find that paint to one standard. My current best is somewhere well above table top quality, but somewhere below what you might see in the 9's and 10's section of Coolminiornot.com.
All miniatures will receive three layers of Testor's Dull Coat to allow tabletop use unless specified. I am not responsible for shipping if you decide to not have your miniature sealed and it becomes scuffed in transit.
For an additional fee, I am willing to customize miniatures. I have quite a bit of experience with conversions and minor sculpting with green stuff.
Display bases are available upon request. Display bases are priced per job, but expect at least $20 above the cost of painting.
I will supply miniatures as needed, and the price of the figure will be included in the final cost. That being said, I will go the easiest route to get a miniature, and it may not be the cheapest available.

FIGURE SIZE AND DETAIL
I base my prices mostly on the size of a figure. In general I divide up sizes into four broad categories .
Size Small - These figures generally fit on a 15mm-20mm base. Most goblins, imps, familiars, halflings, and gnomes fit into this category
Medium - Most 25-28mm figures fit into this group.
Large - I consider any figure that requires a large (40mm) or calvary (2" x 1") base large. Mounted figures, ogres, most giants, and lots of monsters fall into this category.
Very Large - These are the truly huge miniatures. Anything that doesn't fit into the large category falls here. The D&D and Starwars huges fit into this category, as do most companies' dragons and vehicles.
Note -
Some companies miniatures are much more detailed than others, Rackham figures fit in this mold, as do some other companies. I reserve the right to charge extra if there is a lot of fine work on a figure. This will be negotiated up front before I paint the figure.

A final note:
|
|
|
|
The buyer pays all shipping costs. Typical figures are wrapped in bubble wrap with hard cardboard protection as needed. I always ship in boxes, never padded envelopes. I generally use the USPS, parcel post or priority as needed. I always use delivery confirmation. As requested, I can use other methods of shipping, including insurance throughthe USPS. Expect shipping to cost approximately $3-5.
